Can I pick my own box?

We like to push you out of your comfort zone. So instead of letting you choose, we like to pack boxes with surprises! That way, each month you get to discover brand new treats that you may otherwise never get to try! Don’t worry, we’ve travelled far and wide to find you the best stuff around, so rest assured you’re in safe hands.

How many treats will each box contain?

Each box will contain 5 totally awesome handmade surprises, primarily edible and all gluten free. Mmm.

What kind of treats can I expect to receive?

We have a huge range of delicious and indulgent edible surprises ranging from handmade marshmallows and fudge, to cookies, crisps and cakes! Our non-edible surprises range from soaps and scrubs to other unique pieces we’re sure you’ll love.

How often will I get my box?

Eager beaver? Our boxes are delivered monthly straight to your door.

Where can you deliver my surprise box of handmade treats?

We deliver nationwide in the UK. Any address that can receive regular post can receive our boxes!

Eek! I won’t be home to receive my box! Do I need to be in?

Although we would love to see your face when you receive your surprise box of handmade goodies, you don’t need to be at home! Our boxes are letterbox friendly, designed for your ease and comfort. You can relax knowing that your box will be waiting for you when you reach home (or work)!

I have many places where I hang out! Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, you can set up as many delivery addresses as you want! Simply add more addresses on your account page and let us know which address you would like us to post to that month!

I want to share the love! Can I have more than one box sent to me?

Sure! You can order as many boxes as you want! You could even share them with some special pals (unless you’re feeling greedy of course)!

How much will delivery cost?

As we want to make handmade and gluten free affordable, postage and packaging is FREE!

When can I expect my box to arrive if I have signed up for a subscription?

Subscriptions work a month in advance so your first box will be sent out the month following when you first subscribed. We post all boxes by the 7th of each month. If you are a new customer and sign up after the 1st of each month, your box will arrive the following month.

How do I pay?

Payment is simple. You pay per box and payment is taken when you sign up (this gives us plenty of time to pack your handmade surprises).

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of payment methods through one of the most secure payment platforms in the world, Secure Trading. All of your financial information is securely stored and encrypted on Secure Trading’s servers. We do not store or process any payment details; this is all done through Secure Trading so you can be 100% certain that your payment with us is safe and secure.

Can I cancel at any time?

We’d be sad to see you go but you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account and unsubscribe. It won’t be like an awkward breakup. We want to keep it as pain-free for you as possible (although we would be left heart-broken)!

Do you cater for people with allergies?

Unfortunately, our boxes are not suitable for people with allergies. Some of our treats may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts and sesame.

What happens if there is a problem with my box?

We hope that your box is treat-tastic but in the unlikely event that it’s not, please contact us.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual items. However, if you are unsatisfied, please do contact us.
